Cancellation Policy

At Mrigshira, we are committed to providing a meaningful and seamless experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have outlined the following policy to ensure fairness for all parties involved.


1. General Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event or service date are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event/service or no-shows are non-refundable.

2. Workshop & Retreat Bookings

  • Due to limited availability and upfront preparations, bookings for workshops, retreats, or special events are non-refundable if canceled within 10 days of the event.
  • However, you may transfer your spot to another individual by informing us at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule a session or booking once without penalty if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Additional reschedule requests may incur a 25% service fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Customized Services or Products

  • All purchases of customized, made-to-order, or downloadable products are non-refundable once the order is processed.

5. Force Majeure

  • In the case of events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, illness), we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or refund services. Clients will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or credit.

6. Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Transaction or service fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) may be deducted from the refund amount.
